Draftingpreparationvettingapproving SayWritten Statements. OpiniontoPanel advocateoninvestigationreceivedfor further linecourse of action. AssistingGuiding of Panel advocates in contestingthematterseffectivelybeforethe court. Adducing evidence in defense or loss minimization cases or wherever necessary. AssitingGuiding of Panel advocates, Obtaining necessary approvals in compromisable cases with the competent approving authority. Processing of Court award i.e, to decide on compliance of court award or to prefer an appeal. Handling of TP appeal cases wherever required. Handling Consumer and Ombudsman cases wherever required. Review of Advocate at regular intervals. Updating of recent precedents to our panel advocates.
