We are looking for an experienced, self-driven and motivated Team Leader to join our team. As our Team Leader, you will be responsible for supervising, overseeing, leading, managing, rewarding and motivating the sales teams.

Job Duties:-

Set clear team goals and KPIs
Align to company’s targets
Delegate tasks and set deadlines
Oversee day-to-day teams' operation and performance
Do performance evaluation on daily basis
Research, identify and implement new opportunities and prospects for sales team
Communicate with sales team about their performance
Monitor team performance and prepare report
Manage and motivate team members
Track conversion rates and make improvements
Discover training needs and provide coaching
Plan and organize team building activities
Follow up customer calls where necessary
Complete call reports and dispositions
