About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and talented AI/ML Intern to join our dynamic team. As an AI/ML Intern at Vasitum, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI and machine learning projects that directly impact our core product offerings. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, enthusiastic about technology, and excited to contribute to real-world AI applications in the recruitment industry.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with the AI/ML team to develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms.
Assist in data collection, preprocessing, and analysis to support AI/ML projects.
Participate in the design, development, and testing of AI-driven features for the Vasitum platform.
Conduct research on the latest AI and machine learning trends, tools, and techniques.
Work independently on features such as stack ranking (suggesting candidates based on the JD), data prediction, and more.
Utilize Python and libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and others for vectorization, tokenization, and data manipulation.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related field.
Strong understanding of machine learning concepts, algorithms, and techniques.
Proficiency in Python and experience with libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and others.
Knowledge of vectorization and tokenization techniques.
Experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
Familiarity with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) for understanding and analyzing job descriptions and resumes.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

What We Offer

A 6-month internship with a stipend of Rs. 10,000 per month. This internship comes with the PPO upon successful completion of the internship.
5 days working, Monday - Friday.
