Administrative Manager: To Assist The President Of A Start-Up Industrial Unit As Part Of The Start Up Team- Multi-Tasking When Required.

Location: Pune Camp With Factory In Charoli Khurd.Retd. Persons From Army, Civil Services, Executive Secretaries Can Be Considered For Part Or Full Time Work.

Secretarial:

Freshers - To Handle Routine Office Work, Documents, Computer Activity.

Location: Both Located In And Near Pune Camp.

Qualification &Amp; Responsibilities:

Freshers: ( Preferably With A Degree And/Or Secretarial School Training), Will Be Briefed And Required For Front Line

Interactions ( Mainly Telephonic), With All Communications- From Overseas Or Withinin The Country. They Must Thus Be Proficient In English (Equivalent To Convent Educated), Have The Confidence To Interact With Outsiders, Affably, And Maintain A Disciplined Record, Including Sorting &Amp; Arranging The Past Manual And Computerised Papers/Records. Computer Skills M.S (Works), Possibly Tally And Cadcam Or Equivalent.Ctc:1.8-2.40Lakhs/Annum

Seniors: All The Above Plus Administration, Communication &Amp; Coordination Between Office, Government ( Including Liason), Factory, Recruitment (Short Listing ), Suppliers (Negotiations, Transportation, Delivery To Site), Bank Interactions, Security Set-Up And Monitoring, Liason With Government, Chambers Of Commerce &Amp; Other Etc- All Handled Independently.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Candidates Would Prefererably Be Based In And Around Pune Camp, Have A Command Over Written &Amp; Spoken English, Marathi &Amp; Hindi, And Administrative Managers/Seniors To Have Worked In A Similar Capacity, Juniors Trained And An Organised Ability To Handle Both Paperwork And Computers. Ex-Army Or Retired Personnel Must Have Civilian Experience- Part Time Work May Be Considered.
