- A key part of the responsibility will centre around platform marketing to deliver a completely personalized user experience
- Deep dive into consumer engagement. Use this knowledge to identify lapser behaviour and build marketing communication that converts potential lapsed users & light users to engaged users
- Communication Strategy: Create advertising promos to drive key priorities: new features, partner offers etc. Campaigns need to be driven by insights gleaned through data mining consumer usage & behaviour
- Build retention frameworks for customer cohorts and personas, and activate marketing on-platform and re-marketing off-platform customized to the respective cohorts & personas.
- Manage Google Analytics & GTM on his/her own. Should be adept at creating events, goals, funnels, custom reports, custom dimensions etc.
- Experience with tools such as Lucky Orange, Crazy Egg, Hotjar etc
