Role and Job Responsibility:-

Follow Up warm leads (They don't need to generate a fresh lead).

Manage customers/Account management.

Identifying the need of the customers.

Developing quotes & proposals.

Develop sales goals & meet the requirements.

Negotiate & finalized sales with the customers.

Research to maximize ROI (Return on Investment).

Should be responsible to report on time to the respective manager.

Meet the goals.

Should be Updated with new cutting edge technology.

Required Skills Set:-

Must have excellent communication skills
Should have min 1 years + work experience with North Americans processing (Preferred)
Must have good computer knowledge
Should be a team player
Must have a pleasing personality
Should have a good convincing skill
Should be prompt

Note: Experience in International BPO(Voice Process) also considered

Job Role/Position: Business Development Executive

Experience: 1-5

Shift: 9 PM to 6 AM (Night shift)

5 Days working ( Monday to Friday)
