What You Ll Need:

Education And Experience

Bachelor S Degree In Business Management, Information Technology, Or Related Field
Minimum 4 Years Pmo Experience Preferred
Minimum Three Years Project Management Or General Management Experience Required.

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

Knowledge Of Root Cause Analysis (Rca) Tools, Brainstorming Tools, And Planning Tools
Project Management Professional (Pmp) Certification Preferred
Knowledge Of Basic It Structure And Roles
Ability To Communicate Effectively With All Levels Of Management At The Company
Knowledge Of Agile Software Development Tools And Techniques, Including Scrum And Kanban Approaches
Ability To Function As A Team Player
Working Knowledge Of Jira
Ability To Research And Solve Problems With Minimal Supervision
Working Knowledge Of Smartsheet
Possesses A Sense Of Urgency And Understands How To Achieve Desired Results

What You Ll Do:

Job Responsibilities:

Develop And Monitor Specific Project Measurements For All Assigned Efforts.
Utilize The Client Project Management Process Combined With The Commercialization Program To Drive Efforts Associated With Our Planned Releases.
Guide And Support Project Team Members And Internal Teams To Ensure Deliverables Fall Within The Applicable Scope And Timeframes.
Collaborate With Product, Release Management, And Other Internal Client Teams To Develop And Manage The Portions Of Releases/Features That Need To Be Taken Through The Commercialization Program For Delivery To Market.
Establish And Maintain Effective Relationships With The Functional Areas &Amp; Team Members.
Identify, Track, And Escalate Critical Issues To Minimize Project Risk Factors.
Facilitation Of Meetings, Decision Logs; Including Assumptions, Discussions, And Decisions While Ensuring All Necessary Parties Are Involved To Mitigate Risks.
Create And Maintain Process Documentation, Pmo Department Procedures, And Communication Standards In Conjunction With The Specified Efforts.
Will Require Working With Identified Stakeholders &Amp; Project Team Members With Outlined Steps, Noted Deliverables, A Commercialization Raci Document &Amp; The Overall Facilitation Of Multiple Items.
Control And Catalogue Pmo Procedures And Templates With Your Direct Peers To Ensure A Comprehensive And Evolving Pmo Process.
Working Understanding/Experience With Jira For Agile Development Efforts.
Utilize Varying Communication Techniques To Ensure Participant Acceptance And Understanding In Meetings And The Overall Project Process.
Creation &Amp; Maintenance Of Project Schedules Associated With Pivotal Milestones And Tasks Throughout.
Prepare Status Reports, Agendas, Meeting Minutes, And Lead Project Meetings That Are Flexible And Productive In Achieving Goals And Objectives.
Communicate Relevant Information To All Stakeholders To Ensure They Are Kept Up To Date On Current Status.
Create, Manage, And Update Dashboards For Executive Teams Through Smartsheet.
Represent The Overall Business, Regularly Escalating To Ensure Outcomes Match Overall Organization Strategies And Goals.
