A Branch Sales Manager Reports To The Branch Manager And Is Responsible For Increasing The Branch’S Client Base And Revenues. They May Work With A Sales Team To Generate Leads For New Business And Customers Through Continual Sales Promotions

Responsibilities:

Supervise The Sales Team’S Daily Performanc
Target And Follow Up On New Or Used Sales Achievements And Taking Part In Casual Transactions.
Responsible For Supervising The Sales Team To Achieve Operational Targets
Providing Business Plans, And Monitoring The Performance Of The Sales Team
Ensure The Specific Portfolios Of Business Performances Are Met.
Coaching The Members Of The Sales Team To Deliver A Standard Of Customer Care Consistently, While Taking Actions To Make Room For Future Growth.
Attending Clients At The Site In The Absence Of Sales Team.
Managing Team People With Their Attendance And Leave Records.
Sending Monthly Feed Back Of Leads To The Seniors.

Requirements:

Ability To Meet Sales Targets And Production Goals
Familiarity With Industry’S Rules And Regulations
Excellent Organizational Skills
Results Driven And Customer Focused
Leadership And Human Resources Management Skills

Experience Requirements:

Min 1 To 2 Years Of Experience In Sales
Bfsi Experience Prefer
