Business Intelligence (Bi) Supervisor

Note: Non Local Candidates Must Relocate Upon Hire. Will Be Working In The Office Starting In August.

Job Summary:

Our Client Is Seeking A Business Intelligence Manager/Supervisor For Our Business Operations Unit. This Position Will Be Responsible For Designing And Maintaining Ddd S Vision For Data Management And Analytics. This Position Will Also Be Responsible For The Continuous Refining Of Information And Analytic Roadmaps. The Bi Supervisor Will Develop New Methods And Processes To Monitor, Measure, And Report On The Results Of The Division'S Operations. The Bi Supervisor Will Design And Develop Business Systems To Collect And Account For Revenues From Member Billing Operations, Third-Party Collections, And Recoupments. Additionally, The Bi Supervisor Will Design And Implement A Data Warehouse Solution For The Division. This Position Will Also Review And Analyze Existing Business Processes Involving Collection, Storage, And Analysis Of Consumer, Provider, And Financial Data From Multiple Automated Systems (E.G., Focus, Qnxt, Fmcs, Etc.) And Develop New Processes And Procedures To Improve The Efficiency And Effectiveness Of Those Functions.

Job Duties:
- Provide Leadership And Mentoring For Assigned Staff. Aggregate And Assess The Impact Of Team S Work, Provide Clear Feedback, And Staff Projects Based On Skills, Career Goals, And Business Priority
- Review And Analyze Existing Business Processes Involving Collection, Storage, And Analysis Of Member, Provider, And Financial Data From Multiple Automated Systems (E.G., Focus, Qnxt, Fmcs, Wellsky, Etc.)
- Develop And Continuously Refine Information And Analytics Roadmaps Based On A Comprehensive Understanding Of Changing Consumer Needs, Industry Dynamics, And Business Objectives
- Designs Business Metrics For Success Measures And Accountability. Meets With Various Business Groups To Understand Their Requirements. Business Metrics May Include Rankings, Aggregate Portfolio Additions, And Runoff, Benchmarking, Usage Of Technology, Operational And Managerial Effectiveness Measures.
- Work With Business Teams, Data Engineers, And Data Architects To Define And Design Data Products That Simplify How Our Stakeholders Interact With And Take Action Based On Our Data
- Provide Guidance To Executives On Data Analytics Capabilities And Contribute Input On New Strategic Initiatives To Grow The Business
- Ability To Autonomously Identify Opportunities For Advanced Analytics Or Data Products Without Being Directed
