As well sending Allotment letter, Payment receipts, Buyer Agreement, issuing Demand Notes / Reminders, Cancellation Letters, stamp duty letters, VAT letters, Bank NOCs, etc.,</li><li>Constantly talking to defaulters, and understanding the problem.</li><li>and putting forward the case to the management if required.</li><li>Providing timely update to clients regarding the Project Status.</li><li>Well versed with the processes that provide accurate documentation to customers for their transactions.</li><li>Experience w.r.t. completing Possession and Unit Handover Process.</li><li>Well versed with registration process and formalities at registration office.</li><li>Helping clients with and post Stamp duty payment: generating the e-stamp for registration through our agent, executing the registration and then helping them to complete all the formalities by getting all the documents prepared like NOC, Demand Letter, Payment receipts &amp; architect certificate etc.</li><li>Providing timely update to clients regarding the possession of the apartment.</li><li>Solve the queries through e-mail or telephones related to agreements, payments, flat, registrations etc.&nbsp;</li></ol>
