Responsibilities

Will Be Responsible For Re-Engineering Cmdb Processes For Bau Steady State, Aligned To Designed Cmdb Solution To Achieve Optimization From Work And Resource Perspective.
Will Be Helping Enterprise Customers Understand, Plan, And Implement Best Practices Around Managing And Operating Their Hybrid Infrastructure Footprint In Cmdb (Onprem / Vmware / Co-Lo / Cloud Native / Cloud Shared).
Recommends Data Standardization/Normalization Processes Based On Client Data And Requirements To Ensure Data Is Effectively Imported And Maintained In A Cmdb.
Documentation, Presentation In Creating The Cmdb Design &Amp; Solution For Both On Prem And Cloud Infrastructure.
Dealing With Ci Owners And Stakeholders Across Itsm, Enforcing Governance And Standards For Data Quality Using Existing Processes.

Required Skills

Experience Required On Service Now Reconciliations For Discovery / Manual Loads.
Experience In Dealing With Application Certification For Its Metadata And Infrastructure Relationships.
Experience In Implementing And Extending Frameworks And Methodologies Commonly Used By Enterprises To Achieve Cmdb Operational Maturity.
Experience In Dealing With Cmdb Integrations With Legacy And New Technologies For Gathering Inputs In An Automated Fashion And Recommend Process Improvements.
Should Have Deep Understanding Of Cmdb Input And Output Methods And Data Governance Strategies.
Good Understanding Of Servicenow Cmdb Class Structure And Hierarchy And Industry Best Practices Around Cmdb.
Bachelor'S Degree In Computer Science Or Equivalent Is Required
