Junior Recruiter responsibilities include posting jobs ads, doing initial screenings and scheduling interviews. Youll assist other recruiters, hiring teams and candidates so the hiring process can run smoothly. Ultimately, youll help our company find and hire the most qualified people for our open roles. Post job ads on professional sites, job sites and social media2. Participate in candidate sourcing efforts3. Assist teams in screening resumes4. Conduct initial phone screens5. Schedule calls and interviews6. Manage calendar for all hiring teams and candidates7. Communicate with candidates promptly and assist them when they come in for interviews8. Use recruiting software to keep track of open roles9. Send out all bulk email (e.g. confirming receipt of applications, rejection emails) and handle paperwork (e.g. offer letters) 10. Coordinate drug tests and background checks 11. Participate in recruiting events12. Promote positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process Requirements 1. Fresher or 1 year of proven work experience as a Recruiter2. Familiarity with the entire recruitment lifecycle3. Tech-savvy4. Excellent communication skills5. Ability to juggle multiple calendars6. Problem-solving aptitude7. Critical-thinking skills
