Description: In Order To Support The Growth Of Our Customer Experience Team (Cx), We Are Looking For An Experienced Sr. Product Manager To Help With Supporting Our Kms (Knowledge Management System) And Lms (Learning Management System). Our Global Learning And Development Team For Cx Is In The Process Of Implementing A New Kms System And Also Evaluating New Lms Solutions. You Will Be The Primary Technical Point Of Contact For Our Business Stakeholders In The Km And L&Amp;D Teams To Support Them With Strategy, Prioritization, Requirements Gathering, Vendor Evaluation And Selection, As Well As Execution And Implementation. The Ideal Candidate Is A Self-Starter Who Is Passionate About Digital Transformation And Can Operate With Minimal Direction/Oversight And Can Wear Multiple Hats. You Will Report To The Group Product Manager Of Customer Experience, And Be Part Of The Larger Client Customer Experience Organization.

Job Description:

O 5+ Years Of Product Management Experience With Either, Or Both, Lms Or Kms Systems And Tools.
O Strong Communication Skills: Ability To Articulate A Shared Vision And Business Priorities.
O Project Management Experience With A Proven Track Record Is Preferred.
O Collaborative Skills Supporting Cross-Functional Alignment (Cross Functional Partners Across Cx, It, Security, Etc.)
O Background Working Within An Agile Environment And Using Jira
O Experience With Non-Functional Requirements (Automation, Ci/Cd, Security)
O Experience With Vendor Management And Third Party Software Implementations
O Bonus: The Ideal Candidate Will Have Hands-On Experience Implementing Lms And Kms Tools, Be Technically Savvy Enough To Manage Basic Configuration Of The Tools That They'Ve Worked With And Be Willing To Dive Into Learning New Tools And Adapting To Client'S Tech Stack.
