Role: Finance Coordinator

Shifts: 4:30 am -1:30 am

Mode: Permanent

*Note: Good in Excel, Data Management, Timesheet Management, Accounts basics, Tally

JD:

Key responsibilities of the role include:

• Reconciliations of staff timesheets.

• Generation of Customer invoices and reconciliations in the system

• Manage Accounts Receivable, sub-ledgers and reconciliations.

• Manage Accounts Payable, sub-ledgers and reconciliations.

• Assist with the preparation of an annual budget, monthly financial reports and KPIs.

• Assist with providing efficient and timely financial support to the leadership team.

Essential Selection Criteria

• Tertiary qualifications in accounting, finance or similar, with a sound knowledge and experience of relevant legislation and processes.

• Suitable for a person with 4-5 years’ experience in a similar role.

• Experience using MYOB, Tally and/or similar accounting softwares.

• Ability to maintain accurate financial data and present reports in a timely manner.

• Highly developed interpersonal skills including the ability to participate in a team environment demonstrating clear communication and mutual respect.
