- Legal Advisory

- Provide Accurate And Timely Counsel In A Variety Of Legal Matters.

- Research And Evaluate Different Risk Factors Regarding Business Decisions And Operations.

- Verify Company Policies From A Legal Standpoint.

- Specify Internal Governance Policies And Regularly Monitor Compliances.

- Promote A High Degree Of Professional Ethics And Integrity.

- Provide Guidance And Training On Ensuring Legal Compliance To Various Business Functions.

- Advise The Teams On Various Government Regulations And Contractual Obligations.

- Manage Direct Interaction With Government Bodies On Various Matters.

Preferred Qualifications/Skills :

- Should Be An Llb / Llm With 3-5 Years Of Proven Experience As A Legal Counsel.

- Should Have Excellent Knowledge And Understanding Of Legal Compliances.

- Strategic Thinker With Strong Work Ethics And First-Principles Thinking - Ability To Analyze Situations And Create Proactive Legal Strategies.
