POSITION OBJECTIVES :

Full Stack Tech Lead - Good knowledge of Java 8, ES6, Node.js and React.js

• Experience in a JIRA/Conflence, GitHub

• Hands on experience in Code Coverage Tools, Static Code Analysis Tools

• Working knowledge in Cloud based application architecture, preferred in AWS

• Hands on experience in CI & CD (DevOps); CT is optional

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Must have served as - Single Point of Contact-for managing technical escalations and decisions

• Must have independently managed end-to-end development projects, from understanding functional requirements to development and deployment

• Good knowledge in unit testing framework for Front end and Back end.

• Strong Presentation and Communication Skills

• Preferred prior experience in developing products for Aerospace/Manufacturing Domain

Job duties and responsibilities

• Take up the Technical Lead responsibility of the entire Project/Module

• Understand Product/Module Backlog clearly and articulate the same to the team members

• Participate in Sprint Planning and ensure accurate estimate of Work, i.e. User Stories and Story Points involved.

• Perform Code reviews and ensure compliance to Coding Standards

• Analyze and guide the team of integration points and ensure seamless integration
