Profile that we are looking for:
Right attitude
Resilience to talk and speak to Native German customers who could be frustrated and need solutions
Strong language comprehension, so they can understand Training and provide customers clear answers
Understanding that it will be a 18*7 working schedule – including weekends, bank/national holidays
Breaks are scheduled as it is a contact center
Shifts are 18*7 – the schedules will be shared a week in advance
Training period will be made of Soft Skills Training, Process Training, On the Job training – total of 8 weeks
All selected candidates will go through background verification process via our third party provider called People check. Here they will be asked to share with them the following documents or evidences to prove at least last 3 years of employment history and highest education certificate.

Budget: It will be basis language proficiency and experience

Fresher (0 – 06 months) : Up to 600k gross HUF
Experienced (12 -18 months) : 650K – 700K HUF gross
Experienced (24+ months ): Up to 750k gross HUF

Working Schedule: Please note that our working schedule is 18*7, including weekends and bank/national holidays.
Training: You will undergo an 8-week mandatory training program and it will be from home.
Work Environment: Whether working from the office or from home, our environment is conducive to focus and productivity. Please familiarize yourself with the specific conditions outlined in the attached document. – IMPORTANT
Shifts and Breaks: Shifts are scheduled 18*7 and will be informed at least 1 week in advance to all agents, and break times are planned and scheduled along with WFM.
