Undergraduate, degree or higher

Desired Candidate Profile -

2-3 years of experience in graphic design.
Proficient Mastery in design.
Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography and design skills.
Attractive Portfolio of work.
A keen eye for detail & alignments.
Excellent verbal and written communication
Photography and video graphy skills are a major plus
basic Microsoft (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)

Job Description

Social Media Post & Brochure
Must have experience of 1-2 years of social media post Designing
Knowlege:-Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, CorelDRAW & Video Editing tool .
Proficient in Motion, UI & UX Design.
Works with little supervision or independently, collaborating with the team to ensure quality & consistency of designs.
Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts.
Creating compelling branding design and concept-based posts.
Maintain awareness of new trends in design, creative industry social media, competitive landscape and market.
Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
Be able to explain design mock-ups and the thought process behind each design.
Proven design aesthetics with sharp attention to detail.
Be willing to take risks, fail, and learn from mistakes.

Responsibilities

Create collateral templates, catalogs, posters, profile, banners, emailers, newsletters, icons, illustrations, info-graphics, storyboards that can clearly communicate the message for a variety of content types, including business frameworks, marketing, learning, sales presentations, etc.

Work closely with content team to create delightful visual collateral

Work within brand guidelines to create layouts that reinforce a brands style

Strong attitude, positive, with a willingness & desire to learn and contribute

Deliver multiple projects in a fast environment, with extreme attention to detail in a remote working environment

Aware about design trends and implement it in our designs
