Purpose of this Role

To deliver the services to the employees in a manner that meets/exceeds their expectations. This process is carried out by connecting & engaging with all our stakeholders, in line with our company culture, our values & objectives.
To cater services to meet the business needs, by understanding and supporting the business from HR perspective.

Responsibilities of this role

RECRUITMENT - Ensure that within the budget, best skilled & culturally fit staff are being recruited in the workplace and are ready to act. Have a track that they are being properly inducted to make them understand the culture of Amara Raja and his/her job
TRAINING - Ensure that training's planned are complied and the targeted maydays are achieved in all the levels. Coordinate with the section heads and motivate them to understand the employee development. Monitor the effectiveness of the training through evaluation
EMPLOYEE SERVICES - Ensure that employee services are rendered on time without any grievances (Probation, confirmation & transfer letters, resigned employees full and final settlement,LTA, Marriage gifts etc. )
AUDITS - Representing the Audits and ensure the closure of NCs with in the expected date of completion. Plan to implement the possible new improvement raised in MR & Audits.
Implementation of HR POLICIES & OD initiatives - To coordinate & ensure end to end all steps for successful implementation of HR policies and effective communication across the plant. Anchor & facilitate the OD Initiatives
HR EXCELLENCE & METRICS - Coordinate with Biz HR head to prepare the HR Excellence format, Efficiency & Effectiveness parameters with the Targets for all the business objectives and track the HR metrics on monthly basis. Coordinate to prepare the documentation and requirements for HR award presentation
Employee Welfare, Health & Safety - Ensure that employees have adequate welfare facilities to work and there safety & health is taken care.
DISCIPLINARY PROCEEDINGS - Track the long absentees and misconducts happening in the company and coordinate with HRSS for conducting the enquiry and other disciplinary proceedings. Handle the grievances as and when it comes from the employees

Unique Accountability

Collection of Organisation charts and preparing the Manning plan
Interacting and handling with the people grievances/Issues
Support Head HR for preparation of HR MR & BRM presentations. Take up the improvement action points raised for HR and implement the same.
