- New Employees Joining Formalities, Offer Negotiation, Roll Out | Exit Processes
- Communicating &Amp; Explaining The Organization'S Hr Policies To Employees
- Engaging With Employees Regularly To Understand Motivation Levels Of Staff
- Manage Performance Appraisal System That Drives High Performance Payroll
Payroll
- Timely Distribution Of Salary, Bonus, Salary Slip, Leave Encashment, Full &Amp; Final Settlements
- Recording, Maintaining, Monitoring Daily/Monthly Leave &Amp; Attendance
Statutory Compliance Management
- Statutory Compliance: Adherence And Compliance With The Provisions Of Various Labor Legislation (Shops &Amp; Establishments Act, Epf, Esi, Pt, Etc.)
- Maintaining All Hr Reports &Amp; Documents
- Report To Management And Provide Decision Support Through Hr Metrics

Experience
- 3-5 Years Proven Working Experience As Hr Professional
- Knowledge Of Hr Systems/Hrms Softwares Preferred
- Excellent Active Listening, Negotiation And Presentation Skills
