Follow all aspects of development best practices from appropriate technology and workflow to coding standards

Collaborate with other professionals to determine functional and non-functional requirements for new software or applications

Assist developers, provide technical guidance, help them solve technical issues faced during development.

Share domain and technical expertise, providing technical mentorship and cross-training to other peers and team members.

Communicate with client and understand requirements.

Have the attitude to take ownership of the tasks assigned.

Skills and Qualifications

Should have 4-10 years Development experience

Excellent knowledge in the following:

Java 7 and 8

Spring MVC and Boot

MySQL

Hibernate

MongoDB

JavaScript

Test driven development

Agile methodology

Git

Understanding of:

Microservices, Apache Kafka, Cassandra

Data Visualization using Graphs

Preferred if having knowledge:

AngularJS

Should have very good understanding of technology best practices to be followed in agile development methodology.

Apart from the technical skill set in Java he should have excellent written and verbal communication skills

Should be able to organize and plan work independently in a rapidly changing environment

Should be able to multi-task and context-switch effectively between different activities and teams.
