The Co&Amp;D Transformation Team Within The Client Onboarding &Amp; Documentation Group Is Responsible For Delivering Key Programs And Capabilities Focused On Driving The Simplification And Rationalization Of End-To-End Onboarding Tools And Processes, Including Kyc.

The Co&Amp;D Transformation Team Consists Of Product Teams And Business Transformation Resources Focused On Senior Management-Sponsored Change Initiatives To Address Business, Industry And Client Needs Across Cib Operations. The Team Has A Global Footprint That Supports Coverage On Engagements, And Is Made Up Of Management Consultants (Internal And External To Jp Morgan) And Industry Practitioners Who Bring To Bear A Unique Mix Of Process Re-Engineering, Functional Expertise And Consulting Skills.

Role Description:

- The Candidate Joining Our Group Will Be A Seasoned Professional Who Is An Mba Graduate From Top B-School Coming From A Consulting Background With Global Banking Industry Knowledge, Who Has Expertise In Target Operating Model Design &Amp; Re-Design With A Broader Understanding Of The Investment Banking Industry, And Program Management With End-To-End Experience In Leading Transformational Initiatives.

- This Is A High Visibility Role In Business Architecture, Strategy Designing &Amp; Execution And Program Management That Involves Working Closely With Global Stakeholders While Working Extensively In Designing &Amp; Redesigning, Assessment &Amp; Evaluation Of Operating Models While Designing &Amp; Executing Strategies, Aligning Them To Best Practices, Leading Large Programs Along With Structure Designing And Delivering To The Clients.

- The Candidate Will Be Responsible For End To End Management Of Business Analysis, Execution Of Change Management Initiatives, And Operating Model Design Consistent With Business Strategy And Principles. The Engagements May Include Front-To-Back Efficiency Reviews Where The Focus Is On Business Levers That Impact Cost Base, Simplification Of Operating Model, And Standardizing And Consolidating Key Activities, Or Creation Of Cross Business Functional Utilities Where The Focus Is To Develop Strategy Across Business, Technology, Operations And Internal And/Or External Client Offering For Rendering Of Specific Services.

- The Candidate Will Be Presented With Opportunities To Own Or Participate In Individual Work Streams Of Specific Business Engagements; From Assessment Through Articulation Of Recommendations And Possibly Execution. They Will Also Have The Chance To Work Closely With Other Members Of The Team To Hone Their Strategic Consulting, Project Management, Analysis And Presentation Skills.

Qualifications:

Skills Required / To Be Developed:

- Tier-1 Mba + B. Tech (Preferable) With 10+ Years Banking Experience In Strategy Consulting, Business Management, Product Development Or Investment Banking

- Program Management: Prior Experience Of Front-To-Back Change And Structured Program Delivery; Outcome-Focused And Able To Deal With Changing Priorities And External Factors

- Solid Understanding Of Technology Architecture And/Or Operational Processes Required.

- Leverage Subject Matter Expertise In Driving Conversations And/Or Influencing Decisions/Direction With Business And Technology

- Strong Attention To Detail And Delivery Track Record

- Strong Partnership Record And Ability To Build Effective Business Relationships

- Knowledge And Application Of Successful Business Analysis Tools And Practices With Practical Experience A Plus
