This Role Is Lead Scrum Master For The Protect Squad Within Cybersecurity Services. This Squad Has Security Engineers That Are Focused On Resolution Of Complex Issues, Partner With Other Squads On New Functionality To Implement In Production And Innovate To Improve The Security Posture Across Dtcc.

Your Primary Responsibilities :

Be The Servant-Leader For The Squad To Ensure The Team Lives The Agile Values And Principles And Follows The Processes And Practices The Team Has Agreed To Utilize.
Collaborates On User Story, Epic, Theme Definition And Documentation With Product Owner And Squad Members And Manage The Product Backlog In Partnership With The Product Owner In Jira.
Ensure Jira Reflects Current State Of Work At All Times And Coach The Squad On The Agile Framework And Mindset And Guide It To Higher Agile Maturity.
Act As The Point Of Escalation For Risks, Issues And Dependencies, Ensure Action Items Are Clearly Defined, Assigned To Owners, And Driven To Resolution In A Timely Manner.
Engage With Leadership, Partners And Stakeholders Frequently On The Status Of Key Initiatives With Respect To Scope, Schedule, Cost, And Resources; Presents Raid Logs.

Talents Needed For Success:

Proven Experience And Knowledge Of The Discipline Of Project Management Including Common Principles, Methodologies And Tools Used By Practitioners.
5+ Years' Experience In Agile Project Management With 2+ Years Scrum Master Experience (At A Lead Capacity).
Bachelor'S Degree In Computer Science, It, Business, Or Equivalent Experience.
Pmi-Acp, Csm, Or Equivalent Required.
Expert Skills In Atlassian Jira And Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent Verbal And Written Communication Skills.

Additional Qualifications:

Knowledge Of Financial Services, Clearing Corporations/Depository Function, Brokerage Operations, And Associated Regulatory Requirements A Plus
Familiarity With Risk Management, Strategic Planning, Or Scenario Planning Concepts
