Job Location: Rajpura, Punjab. 35-40 Kms From Chandigarh / Mohali.

Roles And Responsibilities

1. Ensure Preventive Maintenance Schedule Is Followed.

2. Plan For Overhauling Activities And Complete The Process In The Stipulated Time.

3. Prepare The Overhauling Reports, Breakdown Reports And Root Cause Analysis Of Failures.

4. Identify The Spares & Consumables Required For The Equipment Maintenance, Assist To Raise The
Pr For Spares And Services, Follow Up For The Delivery Of Ordered Spares And Maintain
Minimum Required Quantity At Npl Stores.

5. To Develop Substitute Spares And Alternate Vendors For Them.

6. Report And Attending The Unsafe Conditions, Hazards And Near Misses Resulting In The Area.

7. Attend The Service Requests Raised By The Operations And Other Departments At The Earliest.

8. Preparing Of Work Order For Service Request Raised, And Apply For Work Permit.

9. Monitoring The Work And Closing Of Permit And Work Order In Maximo.

10. Plan The Routine/Daily Activities With The Available Contract Manpower And Provide Guidance
To Workmen Engaged For Day To Day Activities.

11. Attend Breakdown Of Machines In Minimum Possible Time.

12. Carry Out Conditioned Based Maintenance. Suggest And Carry Out Modifications To
Improve System Performance & To Enhance Equipment Life.

13. Maintaining Equipment History, Prepare Material Codes & Conduct Inspection Of Spares
Received At Stores.

14. Daily Monitoring Of Equipment And Coordination With Other Concerned To Ensure Maximum
Availability.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualification: Diploma In Mechanical Engineering Or Equivalent. Candidates With Relevant Npti Certification Will Be Preferred.

Experience: 4-7 Years In Ahp Maintenance Department Of A Thermal Power Plant.
