Responsibilities:

· Good understanding and hands on experience on design calculations of heat exchanger and pressure vessel.

· Well Known to ASME , ANSI and other Engineering Standard.

· Exposure to software like HTRI / PV lite / Solid edge / Auto Cad.

· Development of Engineering Drawings and Bill Of material.

· Study / interpretations of enquiry , customer communication on technical aspects.

· Costing of projects at pre sales and post sales.

· Development of Quality Assurance Plan for customer specific along with inter-stage inspection.

· Customer interactions and technical resolutions of queries.

· Have experience in handling engineering consultants like EIL , Technip etc.

· Should have good understanding on engineering materials like 516 Gr 60/70 steel plates, SS tubes / pipes, brass & duplex steels.

· Quality Control

· MIS Reporting

Expectations and Key Skills required:

B E /B Tech (Mech/Elect/Instru), management qualification is desired.

Known to ERP environment.

Should be good leader and motivator.

Good speaking and writing communication.

Ready to visit sites if required.

Should able to initiate cost improvement activities.

Educational Requirements: Bachelor in Engineering (Mech./Chemical/Electrical)

Skills & Experience Requirements:

Age : 30 to 32 Years;

8- 10 Years experience in designing Industrial Products, preferably equipments such as heat exchangers, Pressure Vessels etc.
