Key Responsibilities :

- Provide a strategic perspective / roadmap on AI to the Organization and providing in-depth business understanding to the organization based on data analysis

- Identifying emerging trends and opportunities for future growth; Map the scope of AI / ML across all biz processes and study the impact on Biz growth and prioritize them

- Applying rigorous experimentation and iterative analytics to steer the improvements of our products, while implementing machine learning and artificial intelligence

- Creating algorithms to extract information from a large data set to perform statistical analysis and analyse the same to create predictive models for consumer behavior

- Establishing scalable, efficient, automated processes for model development, model validation and model implementation

- Work with the rest of the team to integrate these ideas into potential IT solutions

- Identify the right external vendors / agencies who could partner with us to drive the AI projects

- Build the Organizational capabilities on AI viz hiring and developing talent pool, put a system in place for Knowledge Management & Transfer

Education and Experience :

- Education: B.E / B.Tech / M.E / M.Tech / M.Sc Statistics with PG diploma or certification in AI / ML

- Experience : 15-20 years of work experience. Of which Min 5 years in AI / ML and also in the areas of Analytics and Statistical modeling. Experience in B2C industry / Internet companies

- Must have understanding of Artificial Intelligence technologies including some or all: knowledge representation & reasoning (KRR), natural language processing (NLP), speech recognition, unsupervised machine learning, and / or reinforcement learning

- Development of end to end AI based product

- General programming skills (e.g. C, Java) and Statistical tools as R, Python, Saas (experience in one of the technology)

- Excellent understanding of complex system architecture, components and requirements
