You Should Have:
•    Excellent Oral And Written Communication Skills
•    Analytical Thinking And Problem-Solving Capabilities
•    Detail-Oriented Approach And Capable Of Delivering A High Level Of Accuracy
•    Knowledge Of Standard Tools For Documentation / Process Flows
•    Ms Excel Based Data Analysis Capabilities, Experience In Mis / Bi Tools Will Be An Added Advantage
•    Certifications Related To Business Analyst, Domain Specific Certifications Will Be An Added Advantage

Skills Required - Brd, Frd, Srd, Agile, Sdlc Process Etc.

Ideally, You'Ll:
•    Understand The Underlying Need / High Level Requirement Of The Customer
•    Showcase / Demo The Product Features Readily Available
•    Understand Detailed Requirement From User Revolving Around The Solution Available
•    Identify Gaps Between Current Solution Vs User'S Detailed Requirement
•    Understand And Clearly State The Objective Of The New Requirement (Gap)
•    Create Gap-Fit Analysis Document (Brd)
•    Explain Brd To Respective Sme
•    Validate The Solution Designed And Shared As Per Brd
•    Create User Manual / Training Documents
•    Be Responsible For Training And Uat With End Users
•    Be Responsible For System Configuration Based On Solution Designed And Shared
•    Own Hyper-Care Support For Projects Post Go-Live
