Pre-Sales / Technical Support Consultant - It Security

Ctc : 4-8 Lpa | Experience : 4-8 Years | 3+ Years Of It Security Exp | Location: HorAmavu, Bangalore
Work From Office | Notice Period : 1 Week | Few Months Remote. As Covid-19 Pandmic Subsides, Work At Office

Objectives
- To Provide Sales And Professional Presales Support To The Account Management Team (Direct / Indirect)
- Support Mechanism For Our Hannel Partners And Customers In A Post-Sales Function
Responsibilities
- Provide Technical Guidance And Solution Design Assistance To Regional Sales Account Managers And Business
Team. This Includes Design And/Or Consultative Review Of Existing Architectures While Driving Architectural
Convergence, Encouraging Architectural Excellence And Consistency, And Collaborating On New Architectures
Within The Team, Product Spaces And Business Unit At Fiq Or Its Channel Partners.
- Provides Technical And/Or Business Consultative Services During The Pre-Sales And/Or Post-Sales Cycle.
- Provides Technical Or Business Analytical Direction And Recommendations For Specific Product Groups Or
Business Objectives In Order To Improve The Total Customer Experience.
- Assist Sales Division To Help Define Opportunities And Close Large Opportunities With The Right Solutions And
Mapping Key Value Propositions To Customers Business.
- Develop Channel Partners And Key Enterprise Customers And Address Their Current And New
Business/Applications For Up Selling Products, New Solutions And Other Security Management Software.
- Responsible For Technology Adoption Across Portfolio
- Actively Source For New Technologies And Innovative Solutions
- Perform Technical Presentations, Coordinate Proof Of Concepts, Solutions And Product Demonstration
- Work Closely With Sales Team By Participating And Supporting All Sales Strategies And Business Goals
- Decrease Risking From The Existing Customers/Opportunities And Developing New Opportunities Across
Verticals For Larger Customer Base.
Profile
- Minimum Of 5+ Years Of Technical Experience In The Pre-Sales/Support/Technical Consultant Capacity With 3+ Years Of Experience In The It Security Industry.
- Knowledge On It Security Product And Technology (Bare Metal – Virtualized – Cloud) Experience Is A Must.
- Knowledge Of Endpoint Devices, Storage, X86 Servers And Converged Solution Is Must
- Experience In Building And Managing Solutions And Enablement Programs, Including All Program Lifecycle
Aspects (Such As Opportunity Information Gathering, Building A Business Case, High-Level &Amp; Low-Level
Architecture Definition, Resource Plans, Etc.)
- Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Oral Are Required. Possess The Ability To Effectively Present
Ideas, And Properly Describe Problems And Propose Solutions.
- Excellent In Demonstrations, Training, And Experience
Tech Competencies
- Application And Solutions Experience Specific To Windows 10 And Ad Servers Are Required. Platform Experience Is Needed With Vmware, Hyper-V, Windows And Linux. Integrating Security With Server And Storage Architectures Is Must.
- Experience Building Technical Solutions, Working With System Integrators, Resolving Customer It
Problems, And The Ability To Work Well In A Team Setting. A Comprehensive Understanding Of Information
Technology Is Required With Emphasis On Endpoint Security, Application Security And Cloud Security Platforms.
- Critical Thinking, Reasoning, And Problem Solving Are An Essential Part Of This Position.
- Working Knowledge Of Itaas, Saas, Paas And Cloud Computing Is Desired.
- Should Possess A Valid Passport Issued By The Government Of India
- Geography Coverage - Indian Subcontinent

Education
- Dehree In It/Comomputers Or Related Preferred
- 5+ Years Of Tech Support/Consultant ExpErience, Preferably 3+ Years Of It Security
