OBJECTIVE(S)

· KEY OBJECTIVES

o To close all tickets related to the sales and resolve and/or escalate it through a proper channel.

o Coordination with customers, maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and develop strong relationships.

o To increase the conversion of leads by influencing and providing satisfactory demo to the customer as per the requirement

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

· Researches and analyses all aspects of existing business practices and procedures.

· Coordinates testing of software updates/patches.

· Stay updated with product knowledge.

· Encourage/influence customers to extend and/or expand the use of our product.

SKILLS

1+ years’ experience in ERP support of advanced level financial accounting, inventory management software.
Good knowledge of accounting.
Work experience of minimum 2 years in freight forwarding sales/key accounts
Strong communication skills

· Good analytical, grasping, and problem-solving skills.
