Expedia (IGT Solutions) is looking for Process Associate for Customer Care role (Voice). The position is for process engaged into providing customer services to travelers on Air, hotels, car hire, packages and other bookings for APAC geography.
· To be able to provide customer service and support to travelers on Air, hotels, car hire, packages and other bookings
· To ensure various SLA’s like quality, abandon%, AHT, Customer Call back rate & efficient customer service are met
· To be able to respond to customer service inquiries via phone and e- mail.
· Track individual productivity on various reports
· Keep knowledge base updated through usage of BSA web tool, Voyager
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, OTHER ABILITIES
· Experience : 6 months BPO or Travel experience, and sales experience
· Communication: Good written and oral communication skills
· Education qualification: Graduate in any discipline/Under graduates
· Good analytical skills and interpersonal skills
· Proficient in MS Office, Powerpoint , Excel, Outlook etc
· Should be open for rotational/night shifts
