Role - Product Owner – Business Analyst (PO BA)

Skill Set

 Relevant experience of 4+ years on Business Analysis and Data Analytics area

 Experience in Financial services industry /Banking domain (not mandatory)

 Strong Communication Skills

 Ability to perform analysis of the data using the various analytical tools

 Experience of Big Data eco-system including tools such as Hadoop, Map Reduce, Yarn, Hive, Pig, Impala, Spark , Kafka, Hive, Impala and Storm.

 Excellent Data Analysis skills. Must be comfortable with querying and analyzing large amount of data on Hadoop HDFS using Hive and Spark.

 Excellent collaborative and influencing skills. Must be able to work

with teams of Data Engineers and Analysts and resolve dependencies.

 Able to translate business requirements into logical and physical

data structure design

 Ability to articulate reasons behind the design choices being made

 Work experience in global delivery model and working in different

time zones to address client needs

 Experience in RDBMS, Procedure Language (PL/SQL), SQL is

preferable but not mandatory

 Experience in running and/or working in Agile model and having the

understanding of how Agile projects run

 Experience in leading teams and demonstrated project management

and team management skills - scope management, prioritization,

risk/issue management, estimation

 Knowledge of Financial Accounting is a bonus.

Mandatory Skill  Engineering (Optional, but good to have) + Hadoop/ DataWarehouse

/ SQL (hands-on experience in any one or more skills)
