Mandatory:

Should Have 10 - 15 Years Of Experience In The It Industry
Minimum 4 Years Of Experience In People Management And Project Management
Experience In Leading The Team For At Least Three Releases; Worked On Larger Projects Or Projects Which Requires Coordination With Other Larger Projects
Possess Excellent Project Management Skills (Effort Estimation, Tracking And Risk Management)
Hands-On Experience In Budget Planning
Possess Good Negotiation Skills And To Be Able To Manage Multiple Stakeholders With Different View Points
Excellent Organization Skills, Attention To Detail, And Ability To Multi-Task
Demonstrated Sense Of Responsibility And Capability To Deliver Quickly
Excellent Communication Skills With Clear Articulation And Documentation Of Technical Specifications
Proactive Problem-Solver
Relationship Builder And A Good Team Player
