Project Lead For Various Projects In The Online And Mobile Areas

Job Duties:
Work As A Project Lead For Projects Of Medium To High Complexity Involving Multiple It And Business Teams. The Projects Will Be In Support Of Online And Mobile Applications In The Verizon Enterprise Solutions Organization (Ves). Ves' Customers Are Most Of The Fortune 1000 Companies. Many Of The Projects Will Involve Federal, State And Local Government Customers. The Portal And Mobile Applications Are Constantly Evolving To Provide The Best Customer Experience. This Lead Will Have To Be Able To Manage Multiple Projects That Look To Elevate Customer Experience. The Person That Will Fill This Position Will Have A Proven Track Record Of Taking On Complex It Projects And Seeing Them To Completion On Time And On Budget.

Must Have Skills:

Agile Project Certification A Must
Scrum Master Experience Is Required
Must Have Managed Both Waterfall And Agile Projects
Experience Managing Projects In The Online Space Required
It Project Execution Fundamentals And Deep Knowledge Of Sdlc Required
6+ Years Of Project Management Experience
In Depth Experience With Jira A Must
Ability To Operate Independently And Execute With A Sense Of Urgency
Superior Communication Skills.
Experience Executing Projects In The Cloud Space (Aws Or Azure Or Gcp) Required
Experience With Implementing Agile Projects With Geographically Dispersed Teams Required

Desired Skills:

Experience Working With Global Teams Desired
Prior It Development Experience Is A Big Plus
Exposure To Devops Fundamentals And Working With Jenkins Pipelines Preferred
Understanding Of Various Test Automation Tools (Both Ui And Backend) Is A Big Plus

Education/Certifications:
A Bachelor'S Degree In Computer Science Or Equivalent.
Agile Certification Preferred
