Work with Channel Partners for Pre- Sales Demo and technical clarification for prospective inquiries
Must have good understanding of the business need of Customers
Product installation & configuration
End to End Implementation. Manage the completion of small, medium and large, implementation projects within the time allotted for each project
Data Migration / Backup and Restore
Configuring various forms, process flows, ledgers, formats etc. as per the client need
Draw various reports as per the need
Help End user in understanding the Product
Training Channel Partners/User on various modules
Response to client as per the need
Interacting with clients and measuring customer satisfaction
An ideal candidate should be good at Software Sales/Channel Development with commerce Background and strong knowledge in Accounting and should have the below mentioned Personality Traits/ Attributes.
Good Oral / Written, business communication skills in English / Hindi
Proactive, with positive attitude, quick learner and multi- tasking ability
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Experience: 1 to 2 years in Retail Software Sales
Education- MBA, Commerce graduate
