  • Develop/Support Channel Partners network
  • Work with Channel Partners for Pre- Sales Demo and technical clarification for prospective inquiries
  • Must have good understanding of the business need of Customers
  • Product installation & configuration
  • End to End Implementation. Manage the completion of small, medium and large, implementation projects within the time allotted for each project
  • Data Migration / Backup and Restore
  • Configuring various forms, process flows, ledgers, formats etc. as per the client need
  • Draw various reports as per the need
  • Help End user in understanding the Product
  • Training Channel Partners/User on various modules
  • Response to client as per the need
  • Interacting with clients and measuring customer satisfaction

An ideal candidate should be good at Software Sales/Channel Development with commerce Background and strong knowledge in Accounting and should have the below mentioned Personality Traits/ Attributes.
  • Good Oral / Written, business communication skills in English / Hindi
  • Proactive, with positive attitude, quick learner and multi- tasking ability
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years in Retail Software Sales
  • Education- MBA, Commerce graduate
