§ Manage operations delivery and all customer interfaces for a specific process

§ Develop and manage high performing team of professionals within area of specialization

§ Finalize process improvements

§ Lead quality initiatives and other programs at process level

§ Single point of contact to advise and consult with internal and external stakeholders for process insights

§ Ensure internal controls/ legal requirements are properly maintained

§ Provide process consultation as a SME

§ Strong operational and team management background

§ Strong analytical and excellent communication skills (written & verbal)

§ Knowledge on domain processes and detailed understanding of process operations

§ Experience on quality management

§ In-depth knowledge of office applications (e.g. Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access) to create spreadsheets, reports, presentation

§ Ability to present (verbally and in writing) improvement proposals and business cases to internal and external audience

§ Ability to train and develop employees

§ Ability to understand, execute, and propagate directives from the senior management
