Handling material function
Make strategies for purchase/ hedging and Budget planning for fund forecasting.
Redefine KRA and acknowledged individuals achievement.
Developed proper system for the procurement of sales promotional items.
Synchronized the work of export & import.
Fuel Supply Agreement through linkage auction & got saving
Liasoning with Customs and other statutory bodies for procurement of imported products.
cost saving and SOP compliance.
Started JIT and DOL supplies for packing items & F.P.
Team Leader of Project L.F.C (Lever for Change) and I.F.C. (Internal Finance control).
1. Study of production loss, effective utilization of man power, wastage analysis during process. Implementation of measures to control these losses.
2. Study of process gaps in MM cycle and risk analysis. Implementation of measures to control these losses.

Skills :-

An analytical mind, having good presentation skills and innate understanding of business etiquette, are some of the strong points.
Ability to adapt to demands and pressures of a high powered job, while cultivating a team to work independently with prudent understanding of competition and market analysis.
Transparency in operations, clarity of thought and ability to take quick decisions with proper planning, coordination and time management.
