BDE IN NOIDA WHO CAN JOIN IMMEDIATELY Roles &amp; Responsibilities:&nbsp;·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Bidding on portals like Upwork, Guru and similar portals.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Presales (Lead Generation activities via email marketing, social media (LinkedIn) etc).·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Expertise in preparing BRD, SOW Document, SRS &amp; Wire-frame drafting etc. for clients and establish further communication with them via Skype, Zoom/Calls.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Determine the scope and timeline of new bids. Lead and coordinate the preparation of the bid ensuring that other contributors provide information on time to the correct standard answering the client’s needs.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Formulate appropriate responses to RFP/RFI's, Proposals etc.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Effectively set, communicate and manage project expectations to team members·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ensure tasks and responsibilities are correctly assigned to appropriate personnel during Sprint planning/execution·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Coach, mentor, motivate and provide help to team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned Work.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Create and execute project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Manages project budget and determine appropriate revenue recognition, ensures timely and accurate invoicing.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Tracks and reports team hours and expenses on a weekly basis.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Close follows up with the clients in order to get business.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Building the long-term relationship with clients and convert clients into the repeated client.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Responsible for customer engagement from a presales perspective. Checking the WBS before the project starts. ·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Keep CRM up to date with bids and discussions.&nbsp;SKILLS SUMMARY:Methodology: Waterfall, Scrum, Kanban, AgileTools: Project Management Tools like (JIRA &amp; Asana), GITHUB, Slack etc.,MS Word and MS Excel.Testing/Reporting Tools: Mantis, Trello.
