The Scrum Team Uses An Agile Scrum Development Methodology Which Allows The Team To Self- Organize And Make Changes Quickly.

Key Roles And Responsibilities: The Scrum Master Leverages Agile/Scrum Practices To Lead And Guide The Team On Successful Delivery Of Various Projects And Initiatives Within The Team.

The Scrum Master Facilitates And Leads Agile Ceremonies (Daily Standup, Demonstration, Story Point Estimation, Retrospective, Iteration Planning, Backlog Grooming) And Fosters Continuous Improvement. Collaborates With Team Members, But Does Not Act As A Manager, Lead Developer, Project Manager, Or Product Owner - Working With Cross-Functional Marketing, It, Operations And Data Teams While Delivering Large Scale Data Transformation And Migration Projects Such As On-Premise To Cloud. Remove Impediments To A Team'S Productivity By Shielding Them From Outside Influences.
