As a Service Desk Analyst you will thrive in:

Troubleshoot IT related issues and handle customer requests.
Provide remote support through different channels such as telephone, email, or chat.
Support our top customers using your specific language skills.

MUST HAVES -

French on a business level (working/support language).
English on a communication level (for interviews, training, and internal communication).
0.5 year in SDA role OR Customer Support role (not receptionist or hospitality sector). IT affinity

SOFT SKILLS -

Ability to interact with customers and provide solutions.

Technical Skills

Windows, Office 365, and Network troubleshooting skills,

basic computer knowledge is a must have! (e.g: VPN, op. systems, network troubleshooting etc)
