About The Job : Head Of International Expansion

We Are Looking To Hire A Head Of International Expansion To Lead Mena Region And Other Upcoming Geographies.

What You'Ll Do :

- Prioritize Key New Geographies For Launch Basis Market Potential, Ease Of Launch, Competitive Scenario Etc.

- Liaise With Local Authorities And Vendors And Build A Thorough Understanding Of The Regulatory And Compliance Landscape To Enable Quick Navigation Through Regulatory Hurdles Along With Enabling The Lowest Cost To Deliver With Superior Customer Experience.

- Drive And Lead The Overall Business Revenue. Your Mission Will Be To Make The Brand One Of The Top Players In Newly Launched Geographies

- Build And Run The Business As An Entrepreneur By Owning The Zero-To-One (And Beyond) Journey

- Own End-To-End P&Amp;L Along With Building A Strong Team For Bd And Ops From Scratch

- Work Very Closely With The Indian Leadership Team To Design The Business Strategy, Development Direction And Revenue Management For The Region.

- Manage And Enhance Relationships With Existing Players / Dental Clinic Chains / Senior Dentists In The Region Through Outbound Reach And Participation In Trade Fairs.

The Ideal Fit :

- 7- 10 Years Of Core P&Amp;L And Operations Management

- Strong Business Acumen, Analytical Skills, Data-Driven, And P&Amp;L Focused Decision Making

- Mba Degree From A Leading Business School In India/ Abroad Would Be Preferred

- Prior Work Experience In Gcc Region Or Experience In Setting Up New Functions At Early Stage Startups Would Be Preferred
