Department Overview

Wells Fargo India group is within the Enterprise Technology business and a critical component of the Enterprise CIO operating model aimed at providing common, consistent, and foundational software services and solutions to be used across technology at Wells Fargo. The group includes the strategic development and support of core information management services including data technology blue print, common data services, customer relationship management services and customer due diligence services to be leveraged across all technology teams in Wells Fargo. Additionally their Cloud enablement services is another strategic priority to re-engineer of a significant portion of Wells Fargo’s large and complex application portfolio.
About the Role

Data Analyst in Bigdata environment, having very good working knowledge on Hadoop platform is mandatory. He / She should be having strong Data Analysis Skills, will be involved in BRD discussions with business and prepare the Function Design documents for Development teams.
Job Responsibilities

Resource should have hands-on development experience in ETL tool (like AB-Initio, Talend, Spark), and strong technical expertise in Design and function specs preparation.
Should have experience with SQL database programming, SQL performance tuning, relational model analysis.
Must have the ability to relate to both business and technical members of the team and possess excellent communication skills.
Should be able to provide oversight and technical guidance for developers.
Worked in Agile Methodology in a development team
Demonstrated expertise troubleshooting complex data questions
Ability to work well with other teams to resolve production issues and high problem solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, coordination’s
Active participation in meetings with business partners and Stakeholder Management
Essential Qualifications

9+ years of experience

Should have Solid work experience on financial project execution and good experience in BRD and FSD preparation.
Desired Qualification

ETL tools : Ab Initio, Talend, Spark

Strong knowledge in Bigdata, UNIX and HIVE DB
