Education: - Graduation Required / Post Graduation

Functional Area: Sales / Operations / customer service

Desired Candidate Profile

About 1 to 2 years of retail experience. Should have reached a Team Lead level in a retail business or should show the potential of guiding a team.
Experience in B2C and market development.
Excellent communication skills
Basic knowledge of Computers with exposure to MS Office.
Customer facing experience either face-to-face or on the phone.
Team management experience.
Training will be provided in print technology and customer service.

Job Description

Shift Managers are the first point of interaction with customers. They are responsible for greeting customers and understanding their print requirements.
Meeting potential customers to bag big orders.
Team management and problem-solving.
Maintaining high customer service levels and addressing customer and team grievances.
Managing cash and payments and sales reports
