Position Description:

The Manager Of Tech Solutions (Mts) Is Responsible For Overseeing All Aspects Of Technology Associated With Their Division/Sector. Mts Reports Directly Into The Vp Of Technology Strategy &Amp; Services With Dotted Line Responsibility To The Operations Division President.

The Mts Will Manage The It Team For Their Respective Division. This Could Include Directors, Regional It Managers, Field Systems Engineers, Location It Managers And Service Providers. The Mts Will Ensure That All Major Events Have Sufficient Coverage, Including Personally Attending Key Events. This Position Requires Up To 50% Travel.

Core Job Responsibilities:

• Perform Feasibility And Cost Analysis Of New Tech System Software And Hardware.

• Lead And Own The Building Of Detailed Project Plans.

• Utilize Impact Analysis Documents On Installations, Upgrades And Deployments.

• Responsible For Managing It Problems And Major Incidents For The Division Ensuring Minimal Impact To Ops.

• Document A Summary Of Venue Activity On A Bi-Weekly Basis To Ops. Leadership.

• Responsible For Ensuring High Priority Venues Designated By Your Respective Division President (Dp) Receive Minimal It Disruption Throughout The Fiscal Year.

• Scale Self-Service Kiosk Implementations Throughout Your Respective Region And Or Sub-Vertical.

Strategy

• Lead It Strategic Initiatives And Operational Planning To Achieve Business Objectives.

• Establish It Planning For All Venues Within Your Region. Plan To Be Presented To Vp Tech Strategy Start Of The Year.

• Foster Innovation By Developing And Executing Emerging Technology Pilots.

• Coordinate And Own The Management Of Current And Future It Systems And Technology.

• Develop Business Case Rationalizations And Cost-Benefit Analysis For It Spend, Rfps And Initiatives.

• Oversee Strategic Relationships Between Internal It Resources And External Entities, Including The Parent Company, Venue, Vendor And Partner Organizations.

People &Amp; Account Management

• Ownership Over Intake Forms And Budgetary Documentation – Project Management.

• Effectively Lead The Regional It Team In Your Division, Including Local And Remote Resources To Ensure Venue(S) Receive Proper Support When Required.

• Oversee The Planning, Placement And Management Of Regional It Resources. Work Closely With Regional It Director.

• Proactively Manage Close Relationships With Venue Leadership On All It Related Needs.
