Responsibilities and Duties

The incumbent Technical Recruiter responsibilities include sourcing, screening and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles. As a part of the Recruitment Consulting team, you’ll be responsible for the below-mentioned tasks:

Understand technical job descriptions of clients and make the sourcing strategy.
Source potential candidates from various sourcing platforms.
Screen resumes for required skills and qualifications
Perform pre-screening calls to test applicants’ abilities
Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments, and behavioral questions)
Ensure candidates take online tests, show-up for interviews, comply with other processes as prescribed by the employer
Promote the company’s reputation and build professional relationships with job seekers and clients
Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products
