Thane -Phone Banking dept for VIRTUAL RELATIONSHIP MANAGER

We have an urgent requirement for Location -Thane -Phone Banking dept for VIRTUAL RELATIONSHIP MANAGER

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales and customer relationship management

- Generate income by cross-selling products across assets, CASA and third party product segments to customers mapped as per portfolio
- Contact unique set of around 30-35 customers of the portfolio every day to focus on customer service and relationship management
- Call handling as per defined standards
- Customer profiling and service

Customer engagement

- Continuous engagement and connect with the portfolio customers with accurate & complete capture of interaction details.

Promotion of Digital Banking Platforms

- Promotion of digital platforms to ensure easy access to banking transactions and create awareness of technology enabled initiatives for a superior customer experience

Complaint Management

- Coordination with respective team managers, sales managers and complaints managers for 100% accuracy on complaint management and resolution within a stipulated time frame

Audit and Service Quality

- Ensure all laid down systems and process are followed as stipulated by audit and senior management
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of financial transactions and requests.
- Achieve quality benchmark defined as per target

MIS Reporting

- Ensure timely submission of customer base review reports
- Adherence to set processes for updating customer interactions in CRM

Make calls to the Existing Bank Customers - Give them reminders for the EMI / Payment against Credit Cards due in near future
(Explain them the loss or ill-effects of not making the payments on time & make sure that they soon makes the payment & do not become a defaulter. Follow up with them till they make the payments)'

Work from Monday to Saturday ( Sunday Fixed off / Alternate Staurday Working & Other Bank Holidays Provided)
It is not a Field Job or Sales or Marketing job
Employees will work on the payroll of Banks directly & will work in the premises of the Bank itself - i.e. the H.O. wher the phone banking department operates in Mumbai, Navi Mumbai & Thane

Job Role:

Make calls on the leads received through Online Form Filling or Missed Calls or Toll Free SMS’s received from the interested buyers

Understand the need of the customer & suggest an insurance policy over the phone - it may be a life insurance or health insurance or general insurance (vehicle)

Follow up with respective departments to solve the customer query about the product and follow up with the customer on time to time basis untill the call is closed

Achieve basic targets and earn incentives

No. Of days working: Monday to Friday + Saturday Half Day / Sunday fix off

Desired Profile & Key Skills Required:

Graduate Pass, Post Graduate Appeared or Pass, Fresher, Experience in BPO - Outbound, grammatically correct English - written & oral, Basic computer skills, Typing speed of atleast 20 w.p.m., basic knowledge about Customer Service & Telesales
