This is a leadership position with one of our client for Mumbai location. We are exactly searching for a leader specialised in web content management (WCM), CMS Solution Architecture Design & Implementation, Portal solutions, Mobile app development.

- The personnel must remain up-to-date with evolving technology and developments in the field as they will decide when technologies used in-house need to be updated.

- They will be required to keep a keen eye on competition so that we may always remain ahead.

- An abundance of research will be carried out by them and reports will be generated so that quick and timely decisions can be made by the executive team.

- They will be required to generate a vision for the company and a plan to achieve it in the future.

Responsibilities:

- Lead 150+ technology team.

- Overall tech execution in all existing and new projects.

- Implement our vision: converging creativity, data and technology.

- Craft and execute our Tech Strategy and ensure that processes meet expectations for federal, state and community privacy and security.

- Lead technology teams in day-to-day operations, provide key expertise, supervise the heads of departments, and set performance goals.

- Conduct technical reviews of products/solutions to compare and evaluate their applicability.

- Contribute to the senior management team, guide strategic decisions and resource allocation.

- Monitor the management of all hardware, software, databases and licenses, maintenance, and projections of future needs.

Skill/Tech Must-Haves:

- CMS: on .NET, PHP, AEM, Backbase, Magento, Hybris and Custom CMS

- Mobile: Lead end-to-end GTM of new and existing customers for all mobile/MDAP platform

- Web Content Management (WCM), CMS Solution Architecture Design and Implementation, CMS and Portal Solutions.

- MADP strategy, development and implementation.

Technical Working Knowledge and Know-How (Musts):

1. Adobe Experience Manager 6.3: Sling, CRX, OSGI, REST, Sightly, CMS administration, Apache Http Server, Dispatcher.

2. Java/J2EE: Design patterns, Core Java, EJB 3, JPA 2, JMS, Web services, XML, Servlets.

3. Source control: Git, Clearcase, Tortoise SVN, CVS.

4. Continuous integration and Delivery: Jenkins, Nexus, JIRA.

5. Automated testing: JUnit, TestNG, Selenium.

6. Middleware orchestration: SOA implementation using Sun JCAPS.

7. Enterprise Security: 1 and 2 way SSL, Kerberos authentication, SAML2, LDAP.

8. Exposed to Unix Shell scripting, Java Swing, CORBA, Ext JS, UML.

9. Oracle 11g: Relational Data modelling, PL/SQL, Materialised views.

10. Hands-on experience with the Java/JavaEE; PHP (Drupal 8); Site Core; AEM etc platform across multiple engagements, including CMS-specific implementations and other applications as well.

11. Microsoft .Net and Java solutions.

Expectations:

1. Content Management Technology Specialist with architecture, design and implementation experience across different WCM platforms and packages.

2. Hands-on experience through the end-to-end engagement lifecycle across multiple web content management projects executed for Indian and global clients in the telecommunications, and financial services business domains.

3. Enable new opportunities and engagements within the domain of Content Management by providing technology support through the pre-sales and sales lifecycle including solution definition, architecture guidance, CMS package selection, and solution estimation.

4. Mentor and guide development teams through the CMS design and implementation lifecycle in the capacity of a CMS Subject Matter Expert.

5. Lead and drive the CMS Centre of Excellence within the organisation.
