Implemented end to end digital data flow for website and mobile app using

Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.

Analysed user website behavior & journey for campaign segmentation.

Automated insightful reports on Google Analytics i.e. conversion reports,

events tracking etc.

Designed and developed interactive dashboards for traffic reporting, lead

funnel, campaign reporting etc. on Tableau and Google Data Studio

using SQL and Google Analytics.

Coordinated with marketing team and business team on pre- and post-

Campaign Analytics.

- Campaign Optimization Program

-Created segments for specific targeting by considering customers digital journey and loan portfolio, defined business logic, collaborated with marketing and

business teams for optimize customer targeting, managed complete

funnel and bench marking with other sourcing channels and automated the

complete flow for loan products and pocket insurance.

- Customer Unified View: Creating 360 view of a customers by stitching

their digital journey on multiple assets and associating with loan

portfolio that will help to define customer multiple attributes. This data is

being consumed for campaign optimization, customer segmentation and

model building.
