Role: Workforce Program Analyst Location: Houston, Texas Duration: 12+ Months Description: Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
• Manage Full Cycle Job Requisition Process From Approvals, Sourcing, &Amp; Onboarding
• Manage, Enter &Amp; Maintain Assignment Extensions, Pay Increases, Org Movement Changes And Terminations
• Ensure Suppliers Have Robust Understanding Of All Job Requirements
• Conduct Scheduled And Ad Hoc Reports As Needed
• Ensure Program Sla’S Are Met/Exceeded
• Update Vendor And Program Scorecard
• Research &Amp; Stay Abreast Of Current Us Labor Laws And Hr Best Practices
• Conduct Market Analysis, Rate Card Reviews And Job Pricing As Needed
• Review, Add &Amp; Update New Job Posting Templates And Rate Card Categories When Needed
• Spearhead And Support Continuous Process Improvement
• Vms Error Review &Amp; Reconciliation, May Include Working With Multiple Internal Groups As Well As The External Vendor
• Trouble Shot Vms Technical Issues With Vendor, Identify And Drive Resolution
• Submit And Monitor Change Requests/Trouble Tickets With Vms Supplier
• Create And Maintain Documentation On Program Process
• Establish And Maintain Key Relationships With Vendors, Internal Customers And Cross Functional Groups
• Ensure Compliance With All Contractual Requirements As Well As Nrg Mandated Policies And Procedures
• Work With Procurement To Vet New Supplier Contracts And Make Updates To Current Contracts/Sow’S When Applicable, Onboard New Vendors In The Vms System
• Conduct Uat Testing For Any Major, Minor Release Vms Configuration Changes And/Or Integration Changes
• Support Special Projects As They Arise
• Continually Seek Ways To Reduce Costs And Provide Program Savings
• Continually Seek Ways To Expand And Enhance Current Program Scope
Education:
• High School Diploma Or Equivalent Required, Bachelor’S Degree In Business Or Related Discipline Preferred
• Relevant Experience To Be Considered In Lieu Of Educational Requirements
