Salary : 10k-15k Take home

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Candidates will be involved in inbound and outbound calls

Candidates are involved into voice process

Candidates must Advise on company information.

Candidates will also be involved in Compiling reports on overall customer satisfaction.

Candidates will be applicable for reading from scripts.

Candidates should Assist customers with inquiries and issues over the phone

Candidates must Courteously resolve all customer queries

Candidates must take the ownership from first contact to final resolution

Candidates should Comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the company

Candidates must Maintain positive ratings based on customer feedback

Candidates must Meet or exceed performance evaluation metrics

SKILLS REQUIRED

Candidates should have Excellent communication skills (written & spoken)

Candidate should be a good communicator, with problem resolving skills
