The CFO would report to the Managing Director and CEO, while independently crafting out the financial management tasks required to support growth of the business. He or she will oversee a nucleus of corporate finance team in the central office and operating teams in the regions. The role specifically entails a) bringing in the rigor of high-bar performance by institutionalizing performance measurement, review, feedback and recovery systems b) supporting the CEO with commercial decisions particularly in product portfolio, supply chain, greenfield and brownfield expansions c) strategic finance which has everything to do with capital raising, investor relationships, structuring and executing M&A transactions and d) mainly responsible for achieving highest quality of corporate governance through transparent reporting, compliant regulatory processes and risk management. We are looking for the CFO to have worked with reputed Indian corporate houses or MNCs, necessarily having led the finance function for a listed company. The minimum pre-requisite that we are seeking is: a full-fledged CFO track record of atleast 5 years of an underlying company with a revenue base in excess of 400 Mn USD. The CFO should have experience in tax laws, compliance and commercial contracts relating to global customers. We are looking for total work-ex span of 25 years with a significant chunk being in Indian business houses with exposure beyond India. Qualification: CA or MBA (Finance).
